assocmentor provides advice and support for candidates to achieve the AssocRICS qualification
We are a partnership of chartered surveyors with extensive experience in successfully mentoring and preparing candidates for their AssocRICS assessment
We recommend engagement with the assocmentor team a minimum of 6 months prior to the proposed submission date. However, we recognise that candidates may need support at any stage during their AssocRICS journey and we are happy to help

Meet the Team



Louise Atkins MRICS

Louise is a general practice surveyor with 15 years commercial experience in valuation, landlord and tenant and management. She has worked on the L3 AssocRICS assessment programmes as a technical mentor and also works part time for UCEM as a general practice L6 counsellor.

Callum Burns MRICS

Callum is a construction professional with a proven track record in commercial management over a wide range of construction projects with specific experience in contracting.  He has over 15 years of  knowledge and experience working on L3 Surveying Apprenticeships and over 5 years at UCEM leading the AssocRICS assessment programme.  He currently works for a solar shading contractor in Sussex.

Jessica Steiner MRICS

Jessica is an enthusiastic and pragmatic property professional with 25 years of experience in building surveying across commercial and public sector property and in private housing. She also has her own small practice which focuses mostly on residential projects in SW London. More recently she has become involved in training and mentoring candidates for their AssocRICS.

Our services

Prices cover support over a suggested 6 month period however we are happy to agree a bespoke timetable. 
For larger organisations and colleges, with multiple candidates, we can offer a flexible service which could include group workshops and surgeries on AssocRICS requirements and processes.
We can review referral reports and where no internal counsellor is available, we can also provide this role.
